The following terms of the privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) are by and between Enteons Private Limited, a company duly incorporated in India (“Company”), which runs and operates the www.xvell.com (“Website”/“We”/“Our”/”Us”) and the end-user/customer (“End-User” or “You” or “Your”) of the Website. This Privacy Policy shall be effective at the time the End-User accesses the Website to avail the Services (defined in Terms of Use).
If the End-User does not agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy as set-out below, the End-User may not access the Website.
