Autorickshaw Catches Fire In Mangalore; Karnataka Police Begins Inquire
Mangaluru, Nov. 19 -On Saturday, an Autorickshaw catches fire in Mangalore, injuring the driver and a passenger in the process.
While police revealed CCTV images from the scene that showed the autorickshaw catching fire after what appeared to be a small explosion, a police spokesman did not clarify whether it was a “blast.” N Shashi Kumar, the city police commissioner, hurried to the scene and informed the media that there was “a fire” in the autorickshaw but that there was no need to fear. He urged people not to spread rumors.
The passenger and driver of the autorickshaw were among those hurt when the fire was discovered, according to Kumar, and they were taken immediately to a hospital. “To confirm the circumstances surrounding the occurrence, we have contacted the Special team and the FSL (Forensic Science Lab) team. Some individuals have wounds. The autorickshaw driver was receiving treatment, according to Kumar, and he would only be able to comment after speaking with him.
